It is incumbent upon a security guarding company to be cognizant of the needs to a client. ‘Just providing guards’ is too ‘one dimensional’ & is an insufficient response in the 21st century. MSS understands this, so in order to meet needs, MSS provides a range of trained & fit for purpose male & female security guards: (a) Standard, (b) Premium, (c) strong Customer Care/Visitor Ambassador orientation, (d) Emergency Response Team (high level of multi-skillset training), (e) Specialists – VIP/high- value item escorts, Cargo/mail room search/inspection officers & others.
MSS maintains a strong workforce of uniformed and plainclothes security guards protecting Clients' properties on a 24/7/365 basis. They perform conventional day-to-day duties such as static post, incident handling, traffic control, foot and mobile patrol and are trained to carry out ad-hoc duties as and when required.
As MSS is an equal opportunities diversity employer it employs a number of non-native security guards amongst whom are Nepalese and other nationalities. The deployment of these is normally based on operational requirements or client’s request. It should be noted that it is not race, creed shape or size of guard that dictates their post but the level of training, written ‘guides-to-action’ that benchmark the appropriate deployment and ensures they are ‘fit-for-purpose’.
MSS is able to deploy a fleet of patrol vehicles to perform mobile patrols that visit clients addresses. These provide a mobile deterrent to potential criminals and elevate the degree of protection the security guards are providing. The Patrol Cars carry out a number of other functions for our customers and these include:
- Regular and/or random quality checks of client’s required locations (Day and Night)
- Assigned quality checks of our customers sites (Non-MSS Security)
- Emergency call-out in response to alarms received.
- Emergency call-out in response to calls made by out site staff.
- Delivery of manpower and/or equipment to work sites and event venues.
