MSS has recently adopted SmarTeam, the Business Process Management Solution provided by SmarTone. The solution strengthens internal and external communication with Staff and Customers respectively and improves operational efficiency. The Instant Messaging feature replaces publicly available and free Apps that would be vulnerable to outage and information leaks. SmarTeam is also built in with mobile radio function, which makes possible the use of Smartphones in place of conventional Walkie Talkies without geographical restraints.

宏力保安最近採用了數碼通的SmarTeam流程管理方案，以增強對內員工與對外客戶的溝通以至營運效率。 SmarTeam的即時通訊功能，代替一般公用及流行的免費應用程式，減低因軟件因大量使用容易引致資料外洩或運作停頓的風險；SmarTeam並內置無線電對講機功能，只要現場有足夠訊號覆蓋，便可以利用智能手機代替傳統無線電對講機的運作。

As part of carrying out Corporate Social Responsibility, MSS has formally established the ‘MegaLove Volunteers’, led and organized by the Youth Forum. The most recent activity was the Flag Day (photo) on 8 July 2020, raising funds for the Blind.

作為履行企業社會責任一環，宏力保安正式成立了「宏愛義工隊」，由青年論壇帶頭籌劃及組織義工服務，最近一次是在2020年7月8日參與賣旗日活動(圖)，為失明人士籌款。

MSS Chief Security Manager Boris KWAN (photo) joined by his district management team paid a visit to Discovery Park Tsuen Wan on 2020-06-19 evening, meeting both day and night shift guards as a morale booster. Apart from handing the anti-epidemic hardship allowance from the Government to the hands of nominated staff, Mr KWAN expressed deep appreciation of the quality security work delivered that earns recognition by the property management, visitors as well as residents.

宏力總保安經理關煥民(圖)於2020年6月19日傍晚，到訪荃灣愉景新城及會見駐場的日夜更員工，與他的區域主管人員一同向各前線同事打氣；除將政府的抗疫辛勞津貼轉交到被提名員工手上外，關先生更代表公司多謝各駐場同事，於愉景新城提供優質的保安服務，赢取該屋苑的物業管理公司、住客以至訪客的認同。

MSS announces the promotion of Mr Danny NGAN to Senior Assistant General Manager. Mr NGAN has been heading security operations for the past four years and now assumes a wider management scope. Before joining MSS, he had served Sino Security Services Limited and Hong Kong Police Force. Mr NGAN has a wealth of forty years of management experience and sets an outstanding personal example in leading all MSS security personnel to discharge duties professionally and with dignity.

宏力保安宣布顏楚國先生晉升為高級助理總經理; 在過去四年，顏先生一直主管整體保安運作， 日後將進一步擴濶他的管理工作，在加入宏力保安之前，顏先生曾服務信和護衞有限公司及香港警隊，他擁有四十年管理經驗，並樹立突出的個人榜樣，帶領全體宏力保安人員專業及有尊嚴地執行工作。
