A dedicated team formed under MSS' Youth Forum established last year has completed a number of digitalization projects some of which have gone live. These include a recruiting website with e-Application, e-Matching and e-Appointment functions, and the Staff Extranet for internal communication and e-Leave applications. Upcoming are a customer care website enhancing CRM and an electronic document management system speeding up internal approvals as well as procurement procedures. Partly subsidized by the Government's D-Biz Programme, the success of all these projects is the result of the year-long hard work of the Youth Team (photo). They have all actually participated in MSS' digital transformation and made a big step forward along their individual career paths.
