[2020-09-02] Naomi LEUNG looks after MSS staff welfare

Naomi LEUNG (photo) has been working for several years before stepping into her mid-twenties. She is now a Senior Assistant in MSS’ Human Resources and Training Department responsible for Employee Compensation and Medial Welfare. Encouraged by peers of her age, Naomi pioneers E-leave App and Staff Extranet. Both projects win full support of the company for implementation, and the former also receives Government’s partial funding under the D-Biz Scheme. Feeling so much inspired, Naomi gains self-confidence along her learning and growing at work.

今年二十多歲的梁盈(圖)踏入社會工作已數年,現時是宏力保安人力資源及訓練部的高級助理,主要負責僱員賠償及醫療福利,梁盈在一班志同道合的年青同事鼓勵下,向公司提出了嶄新意見,率先倡議電子申請假期應用程式及員工外聯網(Extranet),前者更透過遙距營商計畫(D-Biz)獲得政府部分資助,兩個項目已得到公司全面支持並將陸續推出,使她感覺無限鼓舞,在工作、學習和成長歷程中充滿自信。
