A dedicated team formed under MSS' Youth Forum established last year has completed a number of digitalization projects some of which have gone live. These include a recruiting website with e-Application, e-Matching and e-Appointment functions, and the Staff Extranet for internal communication and e-Leave applications. Upcoming are a customer care website enhancing CRM and an electronic document management system speeding up internal approvals as well as procurement procedures. Partly subsidized by the Government's D-Biz Programme, the success of all these projects is the result of the year-long hard work of the Youth Team (photo). They have all actually participated in MSS' digital transformation and made a big step forward along their individual career paths.

自去年建立的青年論壇而組成的專責團隊,將宏力保安多項數碼化項目陸續完成並逐一推出;已運行的包括招聘網站提供電子職位申請、配對及預約平台,與員工専用外聯網提供資訊、收集意見及電子假期申請,快將推出的有網上客務中心全面加強客户關係管理,及電子文件管理及採購系統加快內部審批程序;這些項目部分資金來自政府的數碼營商資助計畫,而宏力保安數碼化計劃的實現是青年團隊(圖)年來的心血,這幾位年青人都實質地參與和協助公司在電子數碼化方面的管理,個人的職途亦得以加速發展。
