MSS is running a Youth Forum programme to foster young staff to succeed management at different levels.  The forum extends company-wide including frontlines through the Staff Extranet.

There are Co-Convenors who are normally Management Trainees appointed for the Youth Forum to conduct activities and discussions to achieve the forum's objectives.  MSS Youth Forum currently covers areas of Corporate Social Responsibilities, Digitalisation, Customer Relationship Management, Staff Relations, Sports and Recreation and more upcoming.
