Hoson YIM (photo), an Assistant Officer having served MSS for two years after graduation, is selected to enter the Management Trainee Programme designed for aspiring and contributing young staff members with a view to accelerated promotion. Hoson is now Convener of MSS' youth forum in an endeavour to explore long-term personal development opportunities for the serving young generation.
