Alan YEUNG (Right) and Winnes LAU have been taking full-time degree programmes at Open University and Hang Seng University respectively and at the same time working part-time at MSS. Upon graduation this Summer, Alan is now working as Assistant Training Officer as his regular job. Both appreciate a hybrid and meaningful life, not just can they receive tertiary education and learn at work, but also can earn a living without depending on financial support from family or government.
楊志濠(圖右)及劉靖彤都是兩位年青的大學半工讀生，楊在公開大學供讀及在宏力保安人力資源及訓練部兼職兩年，今年取得學位後立即轉為正職；劉則仍在恒生大學供讀，現時在宏力保安兼職訓練助理；他們都能夠在大學攻讀期間做到自給自足，不需依賴家人和政府的資助，亦非常珍惜有半工讀的機會。
