[2021-03-05] Strategic Partnership formed between Platinium Aviation Services AB and MSS for a successful bid

MSS officially announces the Strategic Partnership formed between Platinium Aviation Services AB, Sweden (PAS) and Megastrength Security Services, Hong Kong (MSS) in mid-2020 to collaborate in a globally-bid tender for Consular class offices and residences in Hong Kong, which led to the contract being successfully awarded early this year. The contract covers both security guarding and systems for an initial term of four years, extensible for another two years. Mohammad AL Osta, General Manager of PAS, welcomes the award and is pleased and confident to have MSS as a reliable and professional partner in Far East for contract execution. Billy CHEUK, General Manager of MSS, assures the Client as well as PAS of the world-class and top-quality security services to be provided in line with MSS’ total commitment.

[2020-12-31] MSS to launch Basic Guarding Training under Qualifications Framework

MSS announces that its Basic Guarding Training is approved by the HKCAAVQ to award the Certificate in Basic Security Services (QF Level 1) under the QASRS for two years from January 2021. The new programme is characterised by an additional 4-hour Self-learning Module which will be provided via MSS e-Training Centre on the Internet.

‘Winter Precautions’ is a service commitment of MSS each year to deal with probable rise of especially Thefts from Christmas to Chinese New Year. Assistant Chief Security Manager Edmund CHEUNG takes lead to start this year’s Winter Precautionary Operations earlier, conducts overnight checks and provides Frontlines with in-depth guidance. Reports will be submitted to give Clients complete peace of mind.

[2020-08-21] SmarTeam adopted for MSS Operations

MSS has recently adopted SmarTeam, the Business Process Management Solution provided by SmarTone. The solution strengthens internal and external communication with Staff and Customers respectively and improves operational efficiency. The Instant Messaging feature replaces publicly available and free Apps that would be vulnerable to outage and information leaks. SmarTeam is also built in with mobile radio function, which makes possible the use of Smartphones in place of conventional Walkie Talkies without geographical restraints.

宏力保安最近採用了數碼通的SmarTeam流程管理方案，以增強對內員工與對外客戶的溝通以至營運效率。 SmarTeam的即時通訊功能，代替一般公用及流行的免費應用程式，減低因軟件因大量使用容易引致資料外洩或運作停頓的風險；SmarTeam並內置無線電對講機功能，只要現場有足夠訊號覆蓋，便可以利用智能手機代替傳統無線電對講機的運作。
