Referral Bonus
It has been rolled out for a period of time
and received very good response from all staff, the program now is still
running, all staff are encouraged to extend your continue support to refer
potential candidate to HR Department.
Please be reminded that any existing staff (excluding managerial level) who refers an applicant as full-time security
personnel of any ranking to the company and the applicant is successfully
employed, the referrer will be offered $750 for each referral, the more people
you refer, the more bonuses you will get.

Anonymous Complaint
Recently, HR Department has received a few anonymous
letters regarding the payroll calculation and other issues,
anyhow, anonymous complaint through the phone or by anonymous letter will not
be entertained per company’s policy. If staff have any
question or complaint should approach your departmental manager or HR
Department by providing your name, staff number and description of
complaint. We reiterate that staff
is the most important asset of the company, we will value staff comments and
suggestion, also we will conduct investigation on every case to ensure the
consummation of the company policy, and every staff is devoted to provide
qualify services to the clients.
Uniform and Appearance
When communicate with customers, our first impression
are crucial such as good grooming, along with the well-fitted uniform can be a
positive reflection of total personality and professionalism. Some customers
may even judge base on our appearance. Ensuring a tidy and neat appearance can
strengthen our professional image, if you find your uniforms not well fitted or
looking old, please contact your site Supervisor or
Regional Security Officer for replacement, our Admin Department is always there
to serve you. At the same time for our better handling of all replaced uniforms
please return all old and unfitted uniform to us at your earliest convenience,
and seek assistance from your direct Supervisor or Regional Security Officer if
necessary.
